2015, Client: World Bank, Uganda: Robert was the lead international consultant on a World Bank funded mission to review the Energy for Rural Transformation programme II (ERT II) in Uganda and develop an ERT III programme on behalf of the World Bank and Uganda’s Rural Electrification Agency.

2015, Client: UNDP, Botswana: Undertook the terminal evaluation of the GEF-UNDP “Renewable energy-based rural electrification programme” in Botswana.

2015, Client:Bokpoort (SA),  Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO):Robert was sub-contracted as local consultant for the Evaluability assessment of the Bokpoort CSP project in South Africa, for the Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO).
